- Users warrant having necessary rights to upload content without infringing third-party rights or violating laws.
- Onedata may remove content violating these Terms or deemed objectionable.
- Data Protection and Privacy

- Payments must be timely; failure may result in service suspension or termination.
- Breach Notification and Processor Obligations
- In event of a personal data breach, Onedata shall notify affected parties within 72 hours or as per law unless risk is unlikely. Notifications will describe breach nature, affected data subjects, contact details, consequences, and mitigation measures. Onedata will cooperate fully with controllers and regulators.
- As a processor, Onedata commits to implementing technical and organizational controls per ISO 27001, SOC 2, and applicable laws; promptly reporting breaches to controllers; assisting in regulatory inquiries and data subject requests; ensuring subprocessors comply with equivalent obligations; and maintaining processing records and facilitating audits.
- Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
- Services are provided ‘as is’ without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Onedata is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to use or inability to use Services.
- Users indemnify Onedata from claims arising from misuse or breaches of Terms.
- Termination and Suspension
- Onedata may suspend or terminate accounts due to violations, inactivity, or at its discretion.
- Termination does not relieve outstanding obligations.
- Certain provisions (confidentiality, indemnity) survive termination.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States.
- Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fort Mill, South Carolina, USA.
